experience emotions which are associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. These may include fear, hopelessness and anxiety.
As a counsellor, I am here to support you whilst you experience and overcome these emotions. With a listening ear and guidance, pain and grief can be healed.
My counselling approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I offer telephone, Skype and email counselling. Many individuals find writing their feelings down easier and extremely empowering, in which case I offer email and whatsapp counselling.
